Our 21 Day Kick Start Program is an app delivered coaching program designed to give you a quick start towards achieving your wellness goals. The 21 Day Kick Start can be a stand alone course or a great way to dive in prior to starting the 12 week program.
This program is online only and does not include one on one coaching. It is suitable for anyone who would like an introduction to Eating for Wellness and is a great way to get started on your wellness journey. Once you complete the course you may be eligible for a discount you can put towards one of our longer, more in-depth programs.
Our programs have limited seats to ensure each client gets the individualized attention they deserve. Select your desired start below, if the session is sold out, you have the option sign up for our wait list to be notified when the next session opens.
